"Terrible experience, I called Alan Jr. (owner's son) and enquired about a 2020 VW Golf for my mother. With it been 2 years old and low mileage, me been a mechanic knew the mechanical condition would not be an issue and told him all I was concerned about was the condition of the body and interior. Alan told me he was walking around the car as we spoke and assured me there was not one mark on the body and the car was as brand new condition and looked after by the last owner which he personally knew. With all the questions asked we were happy and my mam payed a deposit towards the €33,500 price and we said we would be down from Dublin first thing Wednesday morning. When we arrived 10am Wednesday morning the car was mostly covered in frost and we couldn't properly inspect the car, but what I did find was 5 small scraps, on the both drivers doors, the rear bumper a dent/paint chip above the front wheel and a big scrap on the bottom of the front bumper. This is what I found with a quick walkaround and a car mostly covered in frost so who's to say what else I would have found if the car was dry. Inside was mostly clean but there were a 2 dark finger prints where the sunvisor is pulled down upon quick inspection. He told us he put good brand tyres on the car, when I inspected them they were budget maximus tyres that is not what you would expect to get when paying a main dealer a premium for a car. I could go in more but we didn't buy the car. It was a terribly presented and prepared car and it matched Alan's attitude. We didn't receive any apology from Alan or any of the staff while we were waiting for are deposit back. We were so disappointed about Alan's lies, he wasted our time in which I had to take off work to come and see the car. I'm just happy I accompanied my parents as the very unprofessional salesman would have sold them the car and I wouldn't have noticed any of this until it was to late. Would never even consider dealing with this company again, terrible service from a main VW Dealer."

"Massive place. Went there to test drive an electric car. Had to wait a bit but given the time of the year and pandemic situation it is forgivable. At the time they had better finance deal going on of 1.9%. Staff were very approachable. The sales staff I dealt with showed me the car explained the main features and then offered me a test drive car. So overall my experience was pleasant."
