"Overall a good experience. Very helpful and kind staff directly at the airport counter as well at the station. Got the car that I wanted. Car was somewhat clean but (especially the interior) not totally. After a few km the tire pressure warning came up and we checked it at the next gas station. Every tire had totally different pressures. We adjusted all to the same, correct pressure, restored the computer and everything was fine. The windscreen wash water was only pure water without any additives, so I had to buy on my own to get rid of the flies all over the windscreen. Summarized a good experience with some improvement potential. Would recommend this company and especially the staff!"

"Overall a good experience.. Was uncertain about tire pressure levels being balanced, but staff person took care of my request without hesitation. Also, car was somewhat clean but not totally. And I would have appreciated a staff person being present when I inspected the car at pickup- I was on my own, noting scratches and minor damage and had to walk back to the counter with my list. Again, staff was courteous but between that and driving over to the company's lot delayed my departure."

The gentleman at pickup could not have been nicer, and offered plenty of helpful advice for our first time driving in Ireland. I was very satisfied with my Europcar experience."

As always, watch out for the typical additional charge nonsense, but that's endemic to the industry, and at this point it's the responsibility of the renter to oversee (and understand / accept) the financial liabilities. Beyond that, good service, nice car, and I loved the ease and stress-free experience when dropping the car off."

"Arrived early at Shannon Airport and yet our car was ready to go. The customer service was delightful and we had absolutely everything we needed. The car was perfect for what we required during our stay. Recommend getting a GPS. They had one and it worked perfectly. We drove everywhere. Rented the small car and it was more than enough for two people. It was very comfortable and handled beautifully. Definitely will use this company again."
