"Would never use this car wash again as they caused €400 worth of damage to my car and I was met with nothing but aggression and intimidation when I questioned them on it. Numerous other professional detailers and the Audi garage themselves confirmed the damage was caused by undiluted road traffic film remover. Will never let anyone I know go here again or bring any car I own here as the head staff member was horrific to deal with from the start dodging my calls, getting angry, shouting at me and making up lies saying they use no chemicals in their garage and wouldn’t have the likes of €400 to fix it. After telling me they don’t use chemicals he then went back on this and the direct quote from him was “if you’re so sure it’s our chemicals let me pour it on the other side and see if it damages it”. Disgraceful behaviour and treatment from a place I used every month for the last two years. It’s a pity as most of the staff are lovely people but the boss was nothing short of unprofessional and ignorant."
