"Niall from LYONS OF LIMERICK asked me for €28000 along with my 2017 Range Rover for a 2019 Porsche Cayenne. I offered him €26000 which he accepted. A number of phone calls and txts over the next few days to sort details, we arranged to meet Tuesday to exchange. Monday at midnight I get a txt saying he now wanted another €4000 as the customer he had in mind for my car may not come through. This so called customer was never a part of our deal. We had a deal, HE RENEGED on it , I certainly was not going to renegotiate. Not as much as a simple apology for messing me about ever materialised. "Last week I took the van in for service after making an appointment. I made it clear in advance that I needed the car back as soon as possible because I use my van for work. I didn't want to waste another few hours waiting for the van to be serviced. So I called the day before and was told that if I arrived before 9 a.m., I would be the first in line and would have the car back before lunch. When I got out of the van, I requested that the brakes be checked because they were worn. Allow replacement of whatever needs to be replaced. No one has contacted me till 2:00 p.m. When I called to inquire about the status of my van, it was discovered that they had called me a few times, but I had not received any calls from Ford. Why? Because the receptionist wrote down the wrong number. If he couldn't reach me, he could call the numbers written on each side of my van. Phone number for the office. They would contact me. They offer to replace the parts, but the van wouldn't be ready until 5:30 p.m.! Another day squandered! They kept my van from 8:30 until 5:30, which is absurd. It's the second time this has happened to me.I am once again dissatisfied with how I was treated. The service in the showroom, in my opinion, is very poor. There was no communication at all. You appear to be wasting people's time while charging a high price for it! As I previously stated, this is the second time this has occurred. I will not be servicing my van in Limerick's Lyons again."

"Went into the showroom to looking to order a new Ford Ranger or purchase a 2020 onwards a few Saturdays ago and was informed it would be at least 9 months, I was told 2 on the showroom floor were ordered in October 2021 and sold, also there were no second hand ones available. Took my details reluctantly, 2 days later they are advertising on done deal a 2020 Ford Ranger. Absolute waste of time."
