"Autumn Tobin came to my home for what was my first reiki session. I didn't know what to expect. I had been feeling a little overwhelmed which was why I had the reiki. But was skeptical as to whether it would actually help. Autumn explained everything very clearly before we began so I felt at ease and relaxed. My view and understanding of reiki has shifted from what I thought it was to what I now know it is. For me, it was a very calming and relaxing experience. I felt very in tune with what was happening in my body during the session. The whole thing left me feeling centered, calm and positive. The overwhelm was gone. And the added bonus was a lovely massage. It was great to have the session at home because I didn't have to hop in the car to get home, I could keep on relaxing! If you've never had a reiki session before, I would definitely recommend trying it out with Autumn."
