"Rang making enquiries in regards to a private consultation with a rheumatologist for my daughter. The secretary was so rude and abrupt no phone manner whatsoever. Considering I'd be handing over €250 for an initial consultation I'd expect to be treated better!! I'll be looking elsewhere for a rheumatologist. Aut even find a decent secretary with a nice phone manner!!"
"I visited this hospital yesterday after a 3 hour drive in the fog but boy was it worth it! The staff are second to none - so helpful and nice. Went to the canteen for coffee and the staff there were so attentive and helpful. Had to visit Mr. Apipie Orthopaedic Surgeon - an absolute gentleman. Took so much time explaining everything to me and treating my problem. Excellent hospital. Thank you all so much. You made a hospital visit a pleasure!"
"What a fantastic hospital! The nurses were all exceptionally friendly and made me feel at ease. I had a wonderful surgeon, Dr Kahn, who was so kind and gentle, and even called me from his personal phone to check up on me after I was experiencing some issues after my procedure (through no fault of his or the hospital!).
