"i just asked for a simple oil change in my car of course i also asked for the filters to be replaced and the spark plugs I found the offer that is advertised outside to be good. (99€) That's why I went in but unfortunately I had to be disappointed when I received the invoice(175) because it even included a full review of the car, which I already knew I would have to do. I didn't ask you to bill me for that. JUST ASKED FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. when i called (PAUL)to explain to me why the bill was higher than what is written in the ad i got the "answer" that i asked for full service while it didn't The reality i know what i asked. the offer that is out there is very misleading in any case I recommend that you specify the final amount because it may come as a surprise to the costumer. i feel overpriced. even if it is a small amount It is a scam and feel not happy. i am terribly disappointed and i want this not to happen to others I will definitely not be the costumer of them anymore."
