"I was experiencing knee pain when cycling and also had very tight calfs which were constantly cramping. After 1 session with Andrew my knee pain while cycling was gone. Andrew identified that my calfs were overloaded and showed me exercises to strengthen my hamstrings which I done twice a day. This has made a enormous difference to relieving tightness and cramping in my calfs. I now have more power while cycling as using my hamstrings now. After 3 sessions with Andrew I now have no pain in my knee and the relief of tightness in my calfs has been incredible. Great to be back enjoying cycling again pain free. Going to continue with the exercises to strengthen hamstrings. Would highly recommend AON Physiotherapy."
