"Fantastic friendly professional staff. Went above and beyond to help me out with replacement contact lenses. Would highly recommend this optitions"
"I was looked after very well by Jamie and staff I highly recommend a visit I was reassured all the time and I would not have received the same care and compassion anywhere else great customer care"
"2 years running have had problems with this opticians which is a shame as i like to support local services but i wont put up with bad service. 1st time was not checking glasses before handing over. Only to find they were broken if checked i would not have wasted a journey. At least we were able to sort it. They were very good in doing that. 2nd was 3 weeks ago problems trying to book an appiontment i couldnt here the receptionist as she had very loud music blasting out in background. 3 times i had to ask her to repeat and she still didnt realise i couldnt hear her. At the end i was told in a very impolite way to bring a mask. No mention of this at start of conversation or on their website i visited. It takes nothing to train staff in good customer services and politeness but you still havent learnt. Now i am having to wait until i can travel to ennis to get appt at specsavers as being Diabetic i like the retinal scan they offer which i could have had at this optician if only they were a little more understanding in their reply."
"Very helpful and friendly staff. They also have a huge selection of glasses."
