"Not sure how you rate an NCT centre with stars for 'liked it, loved it' etc, nobody can love or like going to get the car tested so went with 3 stars, 'its ok'. It was very busy when I turned up but they were working their way through the people/cars fairly quickly. I was no more then 20 minutes waiting after my appointment time. Staff were very pleasant."
