"A delivery of 3 boxes 10 minutes ago dumped on my doorstep, doorbell rang and by the time I got to the door driver was gone. Boxes too big for me to lift off the doorstep so I rang the Waterford office to let them know that the driver should at least wait until the door is answered. Man on the phone was unhelpful and hung up when I said I wanted to keep the boxes. Appalling customer service"

Guy knocking the door, I swear, he left in less than 10 seconds, I opened the door, looked at him with open arms as to say "where are you going" I swear the driver says "alright man" gives me the thumbs up and drove away. Excuse me ? I'm right here. No package delivered. Lets see later if it comes and we might change the rating. Absolutely horrible and not the first time I've had a bad experience with them.
