"Totally disgusted with ups. My package was to be delivered within 24 hours. Four days later my package is still not delivered and now will not be delivered until Monday at the earliest. I am tired of my conversation with the tracking department telling me how sorry they are and yet nobody taking responsibility and sorting out the problem. Will never do any business with ups again. "The worst customer service I've ever had. In contact with UPS everyday this week and was promised twice someone would ring me back within 24 hours. No one contacted me. Christmas present for my 13 year old was held in a warehouse in Dublin. I realised that the delivery was unlikely to be made in time for Christmas so contacted customer services and arranged to pickup at depot when released from customs. This morning Dec 23rd I contacted customer services and they said the parcel was in the depot in Limerick. I drove (1 hour 10 mins) to the depot to be told it hadn't arrived and was in the depot in Swords Dublin. Drove to Dublin (2Hrs) and the Swords depot said it was in the Finglas Depot. Drove to Finglas to be told it hadn't cleared customs and cant be released!!! 4 separate customer service employees sent me on a goose chase all day when the package hasn't left the warehouse its been in for over a week! Disgraceful."
"Like many services of its kind - decent humans trying to make the best of a dysfunctional company. I paid for a 2 day service from UK to IE. Package to 11 days. I paid customs duty. The recipient was then also charged customs duty. Recipient was my father, the package was a gift for his 80th birthday. Arrived 10 days late and he was asked to pay €17 before it could be handed over. You now perhaps understand why I will never be using UPS again."
