"What a complete racket it is shipping to Ireland from the US. A few months ago I shipped my elderly grandmother in a Limerick nursing home some photos from my wedding (160usd to ship a tiny box in the first place) because she couldn't be there. They were imported as a "gift", because, well they're personal wedding photos! Cut to one month ago when my poor grandmother is given a panic attack upon receipt of a FIRST notice from FedEx claiming that if she didn't pay 65euro that very same day, they would "take PROCEEDINGS against her". So, not only did they decide to take 100% import tax on PERSONAL WEDDING PHOTOS (I claimed the contents were worth 50usd if lost, considering the frames) but they acted cruelly in their first notice, scaring my grandmother! Just shameful!!!"

I have ordered from china on the 6th and came to ireland on 10th said it will be delivered by 6 pm on the 10th but not delivered and lied that the driver came to deliver and no one at house. I waited all day CCTV in house no one came to deliver. Got message they will deliver on monday but by monday afternoon that also changed saying will deliver only tuesday??.. What kind of delivery providers?? So annoying !!! people have their job and other commitments.. please be honest with your delivery timings.."
"If I ever find put a company is using Fed Ex again I won't be purchasing from them. To get a customs charge through the door 2 weeks after you get the item. I would have refused the item had I have known the charge. Poor communication from a global company."
