"Customer service really lets UPS down, parcel not collected and when contacted UPS tried to charge me again for a collection even though the mistake was clearly on their side, very disappointing!"
"Courier gave my parcel to "one of my neighbours" but did not specify which one. Obviously I never gave my consent. The courrier still left a liflet without specifying to which of my neighbours he gave the parcel to and the notice number was incorrect. I am leaving in an apartment so I have at least 20 neighbours around me. I called UPS customer service who just hang up on me when I confronted them with their driver's unprofessionalism."
"I don't often post a public review, but UPS Shannon certainly deserve recognition for their great service. I had a parcel to be collected on Thursday for dispatch to West Africa and due to my own mistake on the paperwork the delivery guy offered to return the following morning. After excellent phone support from Shannon the correct paperwork was duly completed and the package was collected on Friday morning. The parcel arrived safely to it's Liberia destination today, Monday, as per the original tracking advice. Well done UPS, I will definitely be using this service again"
"Anne-Marie, I also had a horrific experience with a UPS delivery man. I wonder if it was the same one? He gave me two different names on two different occasions! Like Keely, below, I too immediately feel stressed when I hear that UPS are designated to deliver my parcels. Following a frustrating incident around a delivery earlier this year, which included a very threatening experience with the delivery man, I wrote a detailed, formal letter of complaint to UPS in Shannon. Unsurprisingly, they did not acknowledge my letter, let alone respond to it! I intend to follow up, and take my complaint further, if possible. A most unprofessional company."
"We always cringe when we know they are delivering our parcels. The last parcel took Amazon 2 days to get it from Italy to Shannon and then it arrived at UPS Shannon only 40 miles away from its destination. 5 days and multiple lies later it arrived. Irish address codes pinpoint the exact house. Every other delivery service can find us. Not UPS Dreadful company. Don't use them"
