"This is my third medical procedure with Jack Kelly . I have always found him to be professional yet kind informative and assuring. He has performed carpel tunnel surgery on both my hands which were successful and brought supreme relief and comfort back into my hands/arms. Today he excised a small neck lesion and it was done again totally professionally and in a very friendly atmosphere.
