"My daughter was diagnosed with lupus. She had an appointment at merlin park and was treated really badly. She asked some basic questions as lupus was new to her and got no answers to any of her questions. The doctor was so blunt and my daughter came out more depressed than before she went in. The dose of medication was also wrong she was put on. I had to go private as she said she would never go back there again. The first doctor she got was nice but the second doctor needs to walk the grounds in merlin and keep walking till she finds compassion for patients and understanding of what patients go through. Health system in Ireland has gone so bad. We are all like cattle numbered."

"Rheumatology only: If you can get an appointment elsewhere then you should take it. Rheumatology at Merlin Park never answer the phone, never return calls when ansafone messages are left and never respond to emails. Terrible customer service."
"Lovely location.been using for about 7 years now. Usually quite a long wait as everyones appointment seems to be at same time,can get quite busy.id say the good rheumatologists outweigh the not so good but all depends on who you get to see on the day."
