"Very unprofessional. No one at the reception, me and another person stood there lost as we came in, only contact via WhatsApp, it all felt very bizarre and wrong. I got a completely wrong diagnosis, the doctor did only ultrasound, no physical exam (which would be standard with abdominal pain), and prescribed me 2 antibiotics, both unnecessary, but one so wrong that the pharmacy (rightfully) refused to give it to me. In my case, treatment was not according to international guidelines. I went to doctors365 next to the hospital the next day, which I can recommend over this one."
