"The facilities are excellent. The vast majority of the staff are wonderful. Unfortunately I take 2 stars due to 1 staff member. She is possibly a manager, working there years. She is often on the desk and her customer service skills are disgusting. She is extremely rude. Over the years I have seen her rude to people constantly. It's as though she wants to spit in your face, and treats any question or query as if it's a massive pain. Her body language, especially her stare and tone of voice, is a big F off to everyone. I have been going with my young kids for years and the way she behaves is awful. I was sorely tempted to score this 2 stars but to be fair to the facility and the other staff I gave 3 stars. However, the fact they employ someone with that attitude and it is obviously deemed acceptable means there are wider issues that need to be addressed. UPDATE: In recent weeks the experience here has been absolutely outstanding. I will update this full review in the near future, assuming the experience continues to be excellent."
"Friendly staff. Great dressing rooms. My only complaint is that the gym is located up a set of stairs, I walk with a cane. Also they do not have a toilet by the gym, you have to go all the way back downstairs."
