"ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED....with how the Manager in store and the Manager on the phone handled my mothers return request on a vaulty item bought in store. When my mother went to return the vaulty item she was told no problem just bring it in with the receipt, when she did they refused to exchange the item because she no longer had the box. She had the item and the receipt and they would NOT help her. When she spoke to the manage on the phone he told her to "shut up" my mother is a pensioner and does not deserve to be treated like that by anyone. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR....ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and will not accept responsibility for there own faulty goods."
