"It was a very bad experience! The man who was behind the counter was extremely rude and arrogant. The way he spoke and treated me and my husband, we're never going back to JYSK. I read a couple of previous reviews and saw some were about a man and I'm pretty sure it's the same guy. The shop is all good and classy but because of their sad and disappointing customer service I'm never going back!"

"No staff on the tills although the store was busy. Eventually...and I do mean eventually.. an assistant came to the till and instead of serving the waiting customers he began a conversation with another colleague telling customers to wait just a minute!!!....leaving the queue standing there. I left the few bits that I had picked up..... rude and no interest in making a sale.......I can only forecast a dole queue for those particular sales assistants."
