"I went there to look at furniture/.beds many times recently, customer service is pathetic -zero star. One occasion last week I went to the support desk near front door. I told them I was looking to purchase 2 quality mattresses. The lady who was friendly pointed to a gentleman who had a badge stating ''mattress expert''. He told me just go upstairs. I went upstairs and their is no one there to assist you. I can't believe the Owners tolerate such sloppiness. I went to Casey's and within a minute someone was over offering to help me. I ended up purchasing all 3 mattresses of them and other items to. I was confident what I was buying was very good and at a reasonable price. Harvey Norman also have decent support. I suggest the owners visit all 3 stores under cover so they can see how poorly their shop is managed."
"Very helpful sales assistant. Well stocked, convenient location with plenty of parking. Good selection of electric recliners which was the reason for my visit. Large store and worth a visit if even only to browse. Very good sale on at the time of my visit. Purchase made and delivery awaited. Handy lift to first and second floors. I can recommend for choice and friendly efficient service."
"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Ordered and received an expensive table from here. Table is incredibly brittle and sensitive. Wood was warped. Almost afraid to touch the table or put anything on it. Customer service were incredibly unhelpful. No exchange or repair. They will not help you if there is anything wrong with any item once it has been delivered. Shop elsewhere by all means."
"I'm having a terrible experience with EZ Living. I cancelled an order well in advance of the delivery date of a bed I had paid for. Due to unforseen circumstances I could no longer afford the order. They have refused to refund me. Its over 2k. They will only give me a credit note which is no good to me. I have been a loyal customer to them having spend plenty of money with them in the past. Its their policy not to issue refunds in scenarios like mine they tell me. I will never shop with them again. I would have expected more from a home grown Irish company. Harvey Norman have told me in the same situation they would refund me. I can't believe it."
