"Unnecessarily rude staff. Upon entering the library with a fellow student, we attempted to approach the stairwell that indicated that the music section is upstairs. My peer and I , being musicians , were curious. As we reached the stairwell we heard a bark from the corner ‘no study upstairs.’ Although it was not in our interest to study we quickly swerved away from the staircase in discomfort of this unwelcoming remark. Later on, as we were sitting in the reading section, a young student tried to exit the library through the side door when aggressively ambushed by the same woman ‘what are you doing up there!!!’ The student, almost teary eyed, fled. This will be my first and last experience at this library, it is unfathomable and unnecessary to be of such an authoritative and entitled nature."
"Staff is very friendly and willing to help. If you don’t find the book you’re looking for, they’ll try and find it in another branch and have it delivered to the limerick office. The environment is quiet and perfect for reading time"
