"Poor customer service very rude and aggressive security, a manager and a very tall and aggressive security guy stood and shouted at a person with mental health issues to the point he was crying and had to run away from them to find he wife to her shock and horror was like why is my his and being chased an why is the security guard still shouting and harassing him all over a escooter that management had already said okay it was allowed in if I carry it that was not the case Please stay away from here wilton and any other place bar this penny's staff are rude, Talk about you in front of you openly mocking customers Walk away when you ask them for help, Shouting at somone who was already having a full blown panic attack then she I explain he said show me your disability card I was never so insulted in my life Never again will I step foot in that penny's again with them horrible people who are actually meant to be taking care of the xistomers needs oh no not here on Patrick's Street penny's at all"
"Terrible customer service & a returns/exchange policy that is borderline if not actually a breach of the consumer regulations. The place was very messy and unorganised, difficult to find anything and staff weren't particularly helpful. No variety of sizes on the shelves either. Much better experience & range in Carlow and Wexford tbh."
