"I came down here the other day having been to multiple stores where the customer service was appalling and store assistants were too busy to answer queries or complete transactions. When I set foot here, I was quickly greeted by a bubbly lady who introduced herself as Ciara. She demonstrated something I haven’t experienced in a century, and that’s top-class customer experience. It was so moving such that I ended up buying a walking stick and took notes of other stuff to buy next. Though I was initially here for window-shopping. Thanks to the warm reception I received from Ciara. Sadly, the walking stick broke down and I was forced to ring them. Ciara picked my call and was very understanding and helpful. She proposed that I bring the stick back so they could see if it’s possible for a replacement. Oh! Should I also state that she reserved a sleeping bag for me. Came down here for a second trip and also met another brilliant shop assistant called Dermot who was very helpful and patient with me. Finally, I recommend this store for all hikers, beginners and pros. Not only do they have amazing equipments but first-class customer service. To Ciara, keep it up."

"Picked up a sleeping bag, the label had two prices €50 & €20. I asked a member of staff how much it was because of their everything is half price sale, he told me €25. I pointed out the €20 euro price tag and he told me that was an old tag. Avoid this place like the plague, if they con people over a fiver their merchandise must be dodgy too!"
