"fantastic bakery, though my friends and i couldn’t enjoy it today. as were discussing our options we were rudely told to move away by a staff member. im a loyal customer (was a loyal customer after today) everyday i see people doing the exactly same thing we were, fine until we did i suppose. disappointing!!"
"Not great really, I had to queue at the counter as I needed something there and was waiting a good few minutes with folk behind me also waiting to be served. Three staff members present but only one serving? In fairness, I've never found much delay at the other tills, but still; wouldn't happen in our other local supermarkets."
