"I've been going to this Supervalu for years - I have no choice as it is the only supermarket in the town... As a resident of this town, I rely on your supermarket for my groceries, but unfortunately, I have been consistently let down. It seems that every time I visit, there is always something missing from my shopping list. This is particularly frustrating when it comes to fresh produce, as I have often purchased vegetables only to find that they are spoiled or past their prime when I arrive home. Next, I have noticed that your staff members are often slow and seem to spend more time chatting among themselves than assisting customers. This is particularly problematic at the self-service checkouts, where I have frequently encountered issues and there is no one available to provide assistance. Additionally, the selection in store is very limited. If I want to purchase anything other than basic items, I have to leave town and go to other shops. The prices at your store are also considerably higher than those at other supermarkets, which is a concern for many people in the town. Given that Monasterevin is a growing town with more and more houses being built, it is unacceptable that we only have one supermarket option. I believe that your store has become complacent and is not meeting the needs of the community. We need more competition in the town to provide better options and prices for customers. I hope that you take my concerns seriously and take steps to improve the service at your store in Monasterevin."

"Check your receipt as prices advertertised are often not matching what you pay at the till. Also watch out for the expiration dates when buying fresh products. Staff friendly though."

"A little on the expensive side, but the exquisite customer service counter-weighs that. Today I was served by Samuel, a fine man with fine skill. He helped me locate everything I need; my Pringles, latex gloves, moisturiser and even the sponges with the green gritty side. However, he wasn't able to inform me of where the yellow bananas were due to his color-blindness; there were only green bananas. All in all, this man deserves a raise, will come back again."

"nicely stocked and kind staff apart from this one kid who looked like he hated life. gave him my products at the smaller tills, didn't say ANYTHING to me and after he scanned my things, he didn't even LOOK AT ME and throw my receipt on the bin and went back to leaning against a desk. other than that the place was really nice, nice deli and butcher staff and a nice wide selection of products, just avoid the kid cause he will ruin your experience."
