"We stopped in here for a few drinks and a bike to east while in the area on our Ireland trip. Matt The Millers Bar and Restaurant is in a great location being just across the street from the river in Killarney. This Bar and restaurant is large with lots of space and different areas too eat drink and more. The service and food was good here and I would definitely come back here again if in the area."
"Matt the Miller's Bar and Restaurant was very lively when we arrived at about 9PM on a weekday. There is a ton of space in this pub, loads of rooms and nooks to explore, and multiple bars to serve lots of drink choices. Staff were very friendly (including the security) and quick to pour the next round. There was a DJ the night we went, although they do have live music as well. This place ought to be on your must-see list if you're checking out pubs in Kilkenny."
"Very disappointed, nice looking bar in a great setting but … filthy dirty glasses, and replaced with filthy dirty glass 3 times. We just ordered the platter for sharing as we were just looking for a bit to eat between us before a dinner elsewhere later in the evening. Unfortunately it was badly overcooked … and then reheated, very poor quality food. Some of their staff don’t seem to know how to to do their jobs… and don’t seem to care either. It’s a shame because I’d heard it was a great spot. Very disappointed and won’t be back. Avoid"
"The whole experience is very good! Vintage style restaurant with tasty food and drinks. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and it has both smoking and non smoking areas. Much recommended when in Kilkenny. Try the Chilly Milly drink too :D"
