"Went into Kellihers Waterford store today, and had an extremely bad experience didn't see the assistants name (tall man darker hair). I went in look for outside electric cable and socket. The assistant was very unhelpful, I told him I was look for cable to go into a 13amp plug he kept repeating what type cable. He said to me he was not an electrician so how would he know, going into an electrical store I would have thought the Staff would have some knowledge of products they sell and have a better manner! I've been into your store many times before and a particular man is so helpful in there so this was such a pity."
"Ws in recently and had no confidence in placing my order. Smell of drink off of one of the lads in there (Klevin or Kevin was his name) was enough to knock ya. Needs to be sorted out. Always had great dealings with Brian over the years sad to see the place on the slide."
