"really put the boot in for glass replacement , actually were almost double the price of it through the hardware shop we bought their stove from. Its sad to see an irish company with a poor after care / sales set up. buy a back boiler stove for 1200 euro and then when you need parts a few years later they charge nearly double the distributor. 67 euro for a small pane of glass . its disappointing. It would stop me from dealing with them again. Better to stick to a company with a reputation like stanley , who want to protect their name. They didnt seem to care when i called ."
