"Sold me a vanity unit and matching wall hung locker without having the wall hung unit in stock - and didn’t contact me to let me know. It was only when I called them after waiting a few days after receiving an email telling me my order had been processed that they then told me they don’t have it, and won’t have it, for another two months. Bit late then since the bathroom installers will be gone. Total joke - selling items they don’t have - AVOID."

"Bought a Triton T90 electric shower from this company on the 20th July. It took me a week to get a plumber out to fit it. Upon fitting he decovered the shower was faulty and not working. I took it back to them less than 2 weeks after purchase, I explained to the man at counter it wasn't working, he told me I shouldn't not have taken the shower of the wall and I should have contacted triton directly! He was extremely unhelpful, he spoke to someone on the phone who told him they could do nothing, I had to take it home and put it back up for the engineer to check it. I had to pay a plumber to put it up, then take it down only to put it up again. I was assured by the man on the counter I would have someone out on the Monday, well needless to say that didn't happen, it's now Wednesday and they cannot guarantee they will be out before end of week. I am disgusted at the lack of customer service from Heatwise. I have bought several showers from them not to mention tiles for kitchen and bathroom but I will never purchase a single thing from them again."
