"Store and staff members are great,unfortunately can't say same about manager. Other day went to return 2 boxes of laminate not open and still plastic sealed manager approached me and I told him I want to return 2 boxes his response was he cannot take it back because laminate in the boxes may contain COVID, yes sealed boxes which they sold me just couple days ago can have covid iside! I thought I heard it wrong and asked him to repeat is he talking about disease covid he said yes !!! so I laughed because I thought he can't be serious, he got so angry at me and told me to leave store in front 3 or 4 customer because apparently to him I found covid funny! we spent over 2000 on laminate in that store and staff member told us we can return if something left but looks like manager have his own rules. Strange he wasn't concerned obout our wallets when we paid who knows what deadly disease inside them. Never coming back to that store and definitely won't be recommending it to anybody. Other staff members very friendly and helpful"
