"Screwfix Galway. This is my favourite shop in town. The stock is fantastic with most items available on site but if for any reason its not they will have it for you in about 3 days from ordering. The prices are very good and it can save you money if you're a trades person or interested in DIY. The staff (most of them) are helpful and usually cary larger items out for you. Website is simple and easy to use too. The car parkis small and parking can be a problem sometimes but still well worth a try."

"Bought online from this store loved it. Different experience when I actually went into store. The first day I went in we had a man serve us I said I’d let it go as I thought he just had an off day. The second time I went in i cringed when I got the same fella. I actually caught him rolling his eyes at my husband. He had no interest in looking up the item we were looking for and was trying to get us to look it up ourselve. We needed help but he was useless. I will never go there again I’d rather order from England. He gives you the feeling your bothering him."

"Great store, staff are hit and miss sometimes great, sometimes they just don't care. I was greeted by guy saying hey Pal, bro,. Customer service is not at forefront of the shops service in Galway. When I asked him not refer to me as Pal. He was aggressive in nature. I just reminded him I was a customer professional manner would appreciated. But nothing will happen as usual. And he will continue to do the same the next time."

"First time opting for click and collect. I usually have order delivered but it sometimes takes too long. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived, I didn't realise I could purchase other items here. Staff were very helpful and lots of items on special offer. Will definitely be heading to the Screwfix store again"
