"Absolutely horrific experience to say the least..First and last time going here!! I wanted my nails done for an occasion..I asked for gel overlay to be removed and for shellac to be applied. No cuticle work or nail prep..The shellac didn't even 10 minutes and I had to return to them to fix it. After that, the shellac didn't even last 24 hours so the day after, I had to go back and ask them to remove the shellac as it was smudged and chipped. Also, some of my nails were very sore after getting them done which had never happened to me before.They said they didn't do refunds but I didnt care.. I just wanted them off! 2 days later I went to get my nails redone somewhere else and the nail technician noticed that Regina's nails had filed too much of some of my nails off and filed right down to the nail bed..this was why my nails were so sore after getting them done. My nails were in great condition beforehand but are now in terrible condition. Would not recommend this nail salon. Staff were very rude and talk between themselves which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Way too overpriced and also, Extremely unhygienic with using tools/brushes/lamps that are not being cleaned/sterilised from one customer to the next. AVOID at all costs!!"
"My mama wanted her nails done for the first time so I brought her to regina nails , I wanted mine done too so it was my first time going here and I have to say I absolutely loved it ! The staff were so kind and friendly , the nail salon was very clean and cosy . The woman who done mine and my mamas nails was so lovely and very gentle actually , she done an amazing job and she was very professional. It was my mamas first time ever getting acrylic nails done and she absolutely loved it and loved her nails after !!! I would definitely recommend going here to get your nails done ."
