"I booked an appointment online for slices to break up my all over copper hair and a trim. I was assigned a colourist and stylist. When I arrived with my mam as a way to spend our last day together (I live abroad), the colourist said she only had 30 mins and would find someone else to do my hair. I ended up with a lovely girl, however it was her first day on the job and I wasn't informed of this until she told me 2 hours into doing my hair. The original girl, Aindrea mixed my colour, however the new girl Aleksandra applied it. My hair went from a vibrant copper to dull brown with bleached highlights. I told Aleksandra I was not happy with this and she called Aindrea over who argued that this was the colour I chose. I was clear in informing all hairdressers of what I wanted and had a picture to show this, which was not unlike my original colour. I was not listened to and felt passed off on a new recruit to practice her hair styling skills yet charged full price. The copper hair mask applied to correct my colour faded after 2 washes leaving my hair dull once again. I left Ireland the following day and went straight to my hairdresser here to have both colour and undercut fixed. Email sent to Kieran O'Gorman 4 days ago with pictures and full details yet no response received. Extremely disappointed after receiving such positive reviews over the years from friends and colleagues."
