"The girls who work at Catherine Hayes have redefined great customer experience for me. I have had nearly 250 sessions of electrolysis here and I couldn't think of a better place to have electrolysis done, I don't think there is a place. I came out as trans and contacted them in summer of 2020 and from then to now they've gone above just giving me electrolysis and played a more important part of my transition than the 2 consultants, 2 GPs and mamy nurses involved in doing this. Over the 2 years before coming out publicly they brought their friend in to look at my hair when it got long enough, brought me shopping, bought me stuff and gave plenty of very helpful advice. I cannot imagine doing this again without them being part of it. It's a stressful process, but they did so much outside of electrolysis to help me along that journey. And on the day I finally came out and had my first day in my office they wanted me to pop over during lunch to tell them how it was going, they genuinely cared about me as a person and were as excited as me that day if not more. If you are thinking of going somewhere else, I wouldn't recommend it. They're not just excellent at electrolysis, they're excellent people who care about their clients. And now a year since coming out I'm living my best life, and wouldn't be possible without them. Couldn't recommend them enough."
