"Very nice place. It's not very big but stylish. There's a scene for different concerts and plays. There is a cafe in it. The day I attended there was a photo exhibition on the second floor. In the backyard you can find affordable parking."
"All facilities are very good and high standard. I liked that place."
"Lovely place. You can see whatever shows you want. The safe are very friendly and helpful. You feel so relaxed."
"Fantastic venue. Clean tidy. Staff are very courteous, helpful and pleasant. Have been to numerous shows there and love going back. Shows start on time and are always well worth their price. My latest trip was to Pantaloons, Christmas panto. It was just brilliant. Great credit due to all."
"I was in the nutcracker show last might. It was disappointing the way the staff greeted me at the door, no one was greeting nor smiling, very dry unwelcoming staff. Also, There was a 15 min break which was too short. The worst thing was the staff who was making coffee. Too slow and the young lady making coffee seems to be not caring at all. I went to Limerick concert hall and the staff were amazing, they were so fast to serve everyone during the break. Honestly, Glor lakes professional staff. It sounds hard but in a big Christmas event that happens once a year, they should have enough fast working staff and also a warm welcome with a smile. It's a Christmas event and the local audience should be treated way better than this. A smile and warm greeting can go a long way."
