"Good artist but terribly unprofessional. Brought no money to the session where she did my first tattoo so I was forced to 'tip' an extra €20. At the time I was happy with the work so I was fine with it. Tried to book a 2nd tattoo with a gift voucher purchased at Christmas (€70), which was a problem in itself as it was ordered directly and never arrived. Didn't want to return money or send the voucher again initially until several messagea were exchanged and she was told she would be called out on Facebook for refusing to even just refund. Was told the voucher would not work as the non-refundable deposit so I would have to pay the remainder as a deposit before booking the slot and she asked what I wanted to get done. I sent on images and measurements and was left a week without reply, during which time I had messaged to just see if it was still ok to go ahead, and no quote price was given until the day before. Finally got a reply and paid the deposit and all was fine. Didn't show up to the booking today, which I had booked for the 30th, and stated 3 separate times that was the only date, as I was unavailable on the 31st and she made the mistake and is refusing to return my money! Be very wary before booking!"

Shes worth the travel to Galway because she makes you feel comfortable and the tattoos are just so gorgeous. I've got both script work and watercolour and I really love them all so much! I cant wait to get some more tattoos, Joanna always is excited about ideas and makes me feel so safe and comfortable. I've recommended her to all my friends who want tattoos!"
