"Nice enough produce but this branch is spoiled by the attitude of the staff. They are a little too abrupt with customers and in the discretionary spend market the customer must be treated with respect. A customer queried prices today as he felt they had gone up. The staff were not patient with him and their attitude was argumentative rather than explanatory. I was considering buying a couple of the gingerbread men along with what I had visited to purchase but to be honest the way the staff dealt with the gentleman I decided that this branch didn't deserve my extra business."
