"**Update as the tattoo artist blocked me without providing a solution. I did not want to name the artist but Justine is not qualified to be permanently tattooing clients. Real tattoo looks like a child drew it** Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. If I could give 0 stars I would! Overlooked a couple of worrying negative reviews for this place as a friend of mine highly recommended an artist here. Looking back I should have went with my gut and swerved. I reached out to the artist and explained my idea for a tattoo. I made it very clear about what parts of the tattoo were very important to me and they said it was a good idea and not too worry. The tattoo looks even different from the original sketch shared and one of the main parts is unrecognisable. Tattoo artist of course blamed me for ‘not knowing how tattoos work’ and saying that because of my choice of positioning etc that the tattoo could not look better…. None of this was explained before starting the tattoo might I add. If any of this was explained before starting the tattoo then the design could have been changed to suit I’m sure. I have since come to learn that this advice that a half decent tattoo artist would offer before starting. The tattoo is not even 1 week old and I am already working with another artist in town to get it sorted. Have had 2 consultations and both artists laughed when they saw the original Sketch vs the tattoo. Do yourself a favour and visit one of the other studios in town. (Even if a friend recommends this one)"

"I got a two tattoos done by Justine, both times i went in there i was extremely happy and satisfied. Customer service was great and justine made me feel very comfortable while getting tattoos and did an absolutley amazing job. Very happy both times i've been here and i would definetly reccomend"

"Went to get a tattoo cover up on an old tattoo. Told Lucasz what I was thinking and he put together an idea that was just amazing. I have 13 tattoos and this is by far my favourite. Lucasz is amazing. The staff and the atmosphere is great, so clean and sterile in there too. Honestly the best tattoo shop I’ve been to. Can’t recommend the place enough."

"Worst tattoo studio in Galway. judging by how different the original sketch looks to the real tattoo I’m assuming that they use an app or to make the sketch and don’t actually do it themselves. If Justine is an ‘Artist’ then I am the pope. If you’re reading this go to the west end art collective or ink fingers and avoid this place."
