"I was booked in for a cut and colour this morning, I've been coming to Talbot for years, since the name was Redz and I have never been disappointed. Today was no exception. I was booked in with Ashley and I feel she needs to be named as she deserves lots of credit. She was so pleasant and chatty, listened to me when I was telling her what I wanted done with my hair, and gave me advice on what colour would work best. This is the only salon I would ever go to and it's all down to the fact that the stylists actually listen to what you want and suggest alternatives if necessary, a lot of places just treat customers like they're on a conveyor belt, get them over and done with and on to the next. Not this place. I'd give more stars if I could!"
