"Astonished, I had an appt booked and paid 50% deposit. (€75) ... I could not attend and I received a receipt that the salon had taken the balance of €75 from my card. I would have thought a courtesy call should have happened before they effectively took €150 from me for nothing. There was ample other appts available that day so they did not miss out on offering the slot to someone else. Extremely disappointed and will not be continuing my course of treatments here. Salon refers to ‘policy’ -most salons have the same cancellation policies, but most reserve the right not to penalise the customer in the spirit of good will and customer satisfaction. Not the case with this establishment."
