"I booked my niece in for a wash, cut and blow dry as a Christmas present. She was crying telling me what happened during her time at the salon. She was treated terribly due to the hairdresser Loraine and fellow staff members comments about her hair. Your extremely rude hairdressers seem to have forgotten my niece is a human being and has feelings and forgot she could even hear them speaking about her. Watching their expressions of annoyance and listening to their comments at a few knots made her feel so uncomfortable and humiliated she had to get up and leave the salon in tears. Awful experience for my young niece. Management didn't seem to care either when my sister spoke to them. Peter Mark provided appalling service and we will never be returning to such a shocking salon. An email has been sent to management and I hope an investigation is made and I hope disciplinary action will be taken to all staff involved."
