"Myself & my daughter stayed here for 6 nights while my husband was having surgery. Lovely hotel ,great food & fantastic staff in all parts of hotel. I give the room (104) 4 stars as it was slightly small but it was fine for us. It was our first time staying here n will certainly be back."
"Our first trip to Ireland and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel to start our vacation. Staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Food was excellent!"
"Great value hotel. As a self employed contractor I need to keep costs low. I was working in the Galway area in Feb 23 and stayed here all week. Fantastic value for bed and breakfast. Staff very friendly, rooms clean, warm and well equipped. Full Irish breakfast is made to order, hot and delicious. Bar is spacious with lots of tables, attentive staff, choice food was surprisingly good and tasty. I’ll be returning. Top marks to the management and staff."
"Excelente service, friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a lovely relaxed experience. Room was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Bus stop is very near the hotel and just a short bus ride into the city centre."
"Currently staying at the hotel as I write this review. Room was clean and bed was comfortable enough, bar had a lot of food options and what we had was tasty and fair priced. There was live music as well which we enjoyed. I took off stars because there were a ton of kids. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem but the hotel allowed them to run around and yell throughout the day, dinner time, and till at least 10:30/11:00 PM. By 1:00 AM I am still awake because it is so loud. People are banging, doors slam, people are yelling and running up the halls and it seems like you can hear everything. For what we paid, I would have hoped for slightly better management of this. This is our third hotel of our trip and it is by far the loudest hotel with the least amount of amenities even though the most expensive. Our king room was $165 for one night and $198 for the second. As you look online now prices are at $75-$95. quite disappointing."
