"It's the perfect place to stay after a long flight. It's conveniently right Infront of the airport. The staff are exceptional. Very friendly, accommodating and check in was delightful. The only thing that I must admit here is that when we entered into the room, the heating was so strong, it was a uncomfortable to settle in for the night, the heating was up at the max, even though we are mid April. We had to open the windows. We were unable to have a good night sleep as it took all night for the room to have a comfortable temperature. It's easier to warm a room, I would suggest leaving it at 1 or 2 but not at the max."
"This is an excellent location for those late arrivals or early departures from Shannon. I can only compliment the staff for their Hospitality. Especially Raaj, he has served us on previous trips and it's always a pleasure to see him there. The rooms and public areas are clean and comfortable. The guestrooms are a little in need of updating. But, I will stay here again."
"The hotel is a five minute walk from the airport so ideal location. We had an evening meal there and the food was excellent and there was a nice atmosphere in the bar - it felt like a bar in a town frequented by locals. Breakfast was also great this morning. The room was a good size, clean and not too hot. Will definitely return"
"Can't sleep any closer to the terminal. Hotel was clean and fairly modern. No air conditioning but room have a well used fan. The staff is Helpful and polite."
"To be honest & being a local lad from Galway I wasn't impressed at all. Not that I expect Ashford Castle type lodging, but paint falling down in the bathroom, and no heat on in the room. For almost $200 I'd expect some heat. Would ot recommend"
