Reviews
"Popped in late on Saturday night for a few drinks and we were lucky enough to hear some music which was very good. Busy bar but the two lads behind the bar were well able to keep their customers happy. We were made feel very welcome. Himself advises the Guinness was very good."
"If you are looking for best Guinness in world, it is here and the Horse and Hound in Skibereen!"
"Brilliant place, lovely fire on and space to sit and catch up with friends and family"
"August 2022 Jazz Festival, atmosphere electric and Murphy's stout on point too"
"We visited the pub outside of the usual tourist season but still managed to bump into locals who were say enjoying a pint and the televised sports. Prices are on par for the area and I was able to enjoy a good quality pint of the black stuff. There was a good selection of craft beers, draughts, ciders, spirits and mixers. We got a friendly level of banter from locals at the bar and genuinely enjoyed our visit. The pub is separated into a main bar area and smaller rooms to the rear with cosy seating and open fires. A lovely atmosphere to either sit and chill out or get into the drinking spirit with others. Would be great to come back in season and see the bar in full swing as I imagine it would provide a great night."
