"All the times UPS was delivering my package it was either lost or couldn't find my address after multiple emails trying to find my lost package I was told the investigation lasts 8 business days and after that 0 updates , There is no communication from UPS nobody can help me this is a really horrible shipping company avoid at all costs"
"Absolute joke avoid UPS at all cost. I was at home all day, I get a slip saying they missed me. I try to call and only manage to get through a recorded message. They give me the number for little island, which is invalid and does not exist. The slip says they tried to deliver at 10:30, the website says they tried to deliver at 14:00. Absolutely infuriating how little they care. Had to stay home all day on Monday, as the package was supposed to be delivered then, and Tuesday as it was delayed. Now I will need another day to go and pick it up myself. Ridiculous, disrespectful and plain out rude. I would rather drive to England myself than ever use this outrageous “service” ever again. Did not knock, did not ring the doorbell. 1 star is way to much for this joke."
"UPS are be to avoided at all costs. Atrociious service. The notifications I received which I had to sign up for were all incorrect with the wrong delivery dates. No alerts before they attempt to deliver. Not sure they even knocked at the door. The customer service centre is totally unhelpful. No contact number for the local hub. Appalling service"
"It's a joke company! They came with my parcel sent from Japan delivering at our hotel without emailing asking for custom charges so the receptionist called me however the driver did not want to wait. The parcel was taken away no number to call nothing. We paid the customs and the number UPS Ireland gives is alway to a team in India that keep saying the same thing and nothing is done to get the parcel back out to be delivered. No notes are updated or customs charges are not noted as paid despite us having the references. Its a complete hell I have to call every hour talking to someone in India over and over and they refuse to give the number of the depo in Dublin or Cork. They do not give any replies to my emails that I send either. Its the worst delivery company to be avoided at any cost. We get parcels from all over the world DHL and others- never a problem. UPS always a complete disaster sending our parcels back to sender. Unbelievably bad and frustrating! Why on earth are we having to call a call center in India and the line is super bad and the service is totally inefficient!"
