"The food is fine but the service from staff is horrible. The last 3 times I ordered delivery I received the wrong food, after ringing I had to ask for replacements, the staff never offered to solve the situation. The last time I ordered (last week) I again got the wrong food, I rang and explained the situation and again they didn't seem to know what to say or do to fix the situation. They then told me they were out of what I ordered so made up a new order themselves and sent that down. I had to demand my money back and was told they didn't know how to refund a card payment. Ended up going up in person to return the food and got a cash refund. The manager did apologise when i went in but we won't be ordering again, which is a shame as the food is quite nice but the customer service is a huge let down."
"The foods fine, the service is horrible. Multiple times we ordered food and either didn't get it or got the wrong order. They never tired to fix their problems, no money off on orders they got wrong, very reluctant to give refunds when you don't want to wait another hour for food you were meant to have 2 hours ago. Really don't recomend this place if you want delivery."
