"Joined Motivation Last February after a push from my brother. Currently have lost 7 stone with a bit to go. They have all the tools necessary to get you where you want to go, big or small. if you stick as much as you can to the program you can change your life. Nuala will keep you firmly in line & when you go missing Aishling will find you. The bars are a life saver, you will hear people say it's expensive, but it beats 15,000 for bariatric surgery."
