"This is our third baby and our 9th visit to the clinic in Ballincollig. We always get our early scan, gender scan and 3D/4D scan done here as we always had great experiences with them.However, they have changed sonographer and our gender scan this time was appauling! It’s advised on the website to come at your given time and we always come 5-10mins earlier just in case of unexpected delays. We were seen 15 minutes late which means our time to be scanned was very rushed. She gave us awful pictures the first time and because they are sent through email within an hour afterwards we didn’t know until after we left. We felt so rushed and had no time to enjoy baby on the screen. So considering the price we paid for the scan, I rang back and was on the phone to managers and receptionists to try resolve the problem. They were so helpful and friendly! They offered to give me a rescan the following week. So I came back and we were rescanned by the same sonographer who had decided to throw a smart comment or two as we were finishing. We did not like this and therefore won’t be returning for the next scan nor the next baby which is very sad as we really enjoyed our previous experiences :("

"We had a 3d scan recently with babyscan. From start to finish the whole experience was lovely. Staff were so nice and made my whole family feel so welcome. Our baby was being a little shy so we could not get a great view, there was no problem they told me have a drink, go for a walk, take our time. We never felt rushed or under pressure to finish up. They made sure we were totally happy before we left. We got some lovely shots of our baby, we are so happy to have them. Anyone thinking of going here for a scan, it's so worth it."

"Had our first scan here 5 years ago a 3d scan on our little girl and just had another on Saturday this time just a gender scan which to me we got alot more than what I had expected got beautiful pics of our little girl,and got to see her moving about and sucking her thumb, we had our two kids boy 10 girl 5 with us it was amazing and so nice to find out we're having another little girl with the kids their for the surprise. Would highly recommend this clinic it's so private and we had a wonderful experience"
