"Having just made a call to Richard Finnan Taxi and Minibus service to book a taxi I am appalled and shocked at the way I was treated. I asked for a quote from Tipperary station to Limerick Junction and was quoted €8. When I quoted to my client and called back to book I was then quoted €10 and informed "the colleague who quoted you €8 doesn't have a clue, she knows nothing". When I queried the price and advised that I did not wish to go back and tell my client the fare had increased I was informed "do you want to book with someone else" and the person hung up. I phoned back to speak with Richard Finnan, was informed he was not available. I then asked could I have a mobile number for him or when would he be available. I was then informed "actually Richard Finnan is dead!" The taxi company then said Bye and ended the call. I called back to tell the company that I thought their service was disgraceful and we would be taking them off our list of preferred taxi companies in that area and was informed "we got ONE taxi fare from you of 3 men for €15 so do you think I am interested. Goodbye" I would never recommend this company to anyone and I'm aghast at how it is even making money with that kind of treatment to callers."
